A dated, three-storey condo in Ottawa South required a bathroom and shower on the first floor (where none existed before) along with a complete renovation of all three levels, including new flooring and trim, new kitchen, new electrical and plumbing, new doors and drywall and several other upgrades. In just three months, Sutherland Construction renovated all three floors, adding more than $150,000 in value to the condo at a cost better than three other estimates.
